CUBO, A Mathematical Journal is committed to guaranteeing that all papers published in this journal are of the highest scientific quality and satisfy the highest ethical standards.
Editors will
- Determine and accept the responsibility of all published content in the journal.
- Guarantee confidentiality during the peer review process.
- Control the revision and publication processes, as well as the policy of the journal.
- Avoid all kinds of conflict of interest.
- Assure the confidentiality of the reviewers to the authors.
- Orient, if necessary, authors and reviewers during the submission, reviewing and publication processes.
- Make sure that the peer review process is impartial and timely.
Authors should
- Guarantee that the manuscript submitted to CUBO has neither been published elsewhere nor submitted for publication in another journal.
- Assure their manuscript will not be submitted to other journals while being reviewed in CUBO.
- Certify that they have written entirely the manuscript and that its main results are original.
- Cite all necessary sources according to the AMS standards (see here).
- Informe immediately to the editors if any error is found in the manuscript after the submission.
Reviewers will
- Guarantee confidentiality during the peer review process.
- Review the manuscripts objectively, impartially and timely.
- Informe of any kind of conflict of interest.
- Notify the editor if plagiarism is detected.
- Avoid distributing the manuscript for any reason, unless related to the reviewing process.
All persons involved in this process (authors, editors and reviewers) agree to maintain ethical standards of behavior (not plagiarism, non-defamation, etc.).
