Abstract

Let Uq(AN) be the Drinfeld-Jimbo quantum group of type AN. In this paper, by using Gr¨obner-Shirshov bases, we give a simple (but not short) proof of the Rosso-Yamane Theorem on PBW basis of Uq(AN).
