The notions of semi open sets in a topological space were introduced by N.Levine in 1963. Here we study the same using the idea of τ1(τ2) semi open sets with respect to τ2(τ1), pairwise semi open sets in a more general structure of a bispace and investigate how far several results as valid in a bitopological space are affected in bispaces.
