Abstract

We study K-theory for the C^âˆ— -algebras of all continuous functions on certain homogeneous spaces in the semi-simple connected Lie groups SL_n(â„) by the discrete subgroups SL_n(â„¤), mainly. As a byproduct, we also consider a certain nilpotent case similarly.
